Inspired from wanting to share special moments with friends and relatives in combination with creative backgrounds in architecture and sound design, they craft professional videos for families & family friendly businesses in a fun and imaginative fashion.
Since Autumn 2014 they have been producing weekly short video tutorials for their YouTube channel and Facebook page showing a clever crafty activity parents and children can do together at home or in school. Watch a one minute video to learn how to make a stress ball, a toilet roll marionette, musical instruments out of recycling materials and much more.

2Crushed Fruit Snacks is a new company set up by two English mums inspired by their love of French fruit pouches. “We love spending summers in France as a family, and always head straight to the hypermarket to stock up on healthy snacks. My kids love all the different fruit compotes you can get in France, and it drove us mad that you couldn’t get fruit pouches for older children in the UK” explains Jenny Salmon one half of the Crushed team.
Along with her old University friend Deborah Ewing –Chow, Jenny spent a year researching tastes and textures for the UK market. With Deborah’s experience in marketing and Jenny’s in sales, they designed a fruit pouch for older children, and approached Waitrose with the concept.
Crushed was launched in February of last year in 220 large Waitrose stores in two flavours, Apple and Strawberry, and Apple and Banana. Found in the Healthy Eating section in Waitrose in boxes of 4, they are perfect for lunchboxes, (you can freeze them and use as an ice block!) and but also great for the gym or office.
“We are so happy that we have managed to bring these healthy snacks to the UK. They are one of your five a day, 100% fruit, low in calories and as indispensible to French life as teabags are to Brits. We would love to see them become a staple in the UK as they are in France. French have the pouches as children and continue using them as they grow! We hope with new listings in both Ocado and WHSmith Travel shops, that as they increase in availability we can add to the range, and add new fruit flavours. We have updated the design slightly in response to the increased number of customers saying that they were taking them into the office/gym, so look out for the new designs”

Why Cold Pressed Juicing is the new hot trend!
Whether you’re a fan of juicing or not you will at least be aware of the new trend that is cold pressed juicing! New cold pressed juice bars have popped up all over the city including the new premium cold pressed juicer CPRESS on Fulham Road.
CPRESS explain to us what makes cold pressed juicing so superior to other regular juices and take us through the incredible health benefits their fresh organic ingredients contain.
Cold pressing is a process that involves a slow and gentle squeezing action to extract the juice. No heat and minimal friction is used, ensuring the fruit and vegetable vitamins, minerals and enzymes remain intact during the extraction. Meaning you get more of the good stuff in each and every bottle!
In order to maintain the integrity of their cold pressed juice, CPRESS do not pasteurise their products either through heat or pressure methods. That’s why their juices have a relatively short shelf life; it means they can ensure your juice is fresh, nutritionally packed and full of goodness, just as nature intended.
CPRESS recommends swapping your morning coffee for a stimulating and nutrient packed juice called Charged Up. The key ingredients within it help to promote better energy levels and focus, everything you need to kick start your day!
The CPRESS Charged Up Contains:
Turmeric – Turmeric is the new super food kid on the block. The active group of compounds known as curcuminoids have been linked to supporting the immune system and detoxification systems, making it a wonderful addition to promote all-round health!
Carrots – Most people associate carrots with better eye sight due to their high beta carotene content, which gets converted to vitamin A in the body, but they are also a natural source of potassium, important for the healthy functioning of nerves, muscles and the heart. Beta-carotene is also great for boosting the immune system, so carrots are the perfect diet addition during winter months to give us better defence against the common cold.
Pineapple – Pineapple is great for supporting digestion due to its bromelain content, a natural enzyme that helps to break down protein and also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. Some studies have shown that bromelain can even help to reduce swelling, bruising and improve healing time.
Orange – Oranges are well known for their vitamin C content, optimising immune function and keeping colds at bay, however, they also contain a group of compounds called bioflavonoids, which can assist in strengthening blood vessels and fighting inflammation, as well as boosting our detoxification capacity.
Lime – These citrus gems contain calcium and folate, two nutrients that are important for post-menopausal women and women of child-bearing age. One fresh lime contains 22 milligrams of calcium and over five micrograms of folate. Not bad for a tiny little fruit!
Lemon – The humble lemon is packed full of therapeutic properties, from relieving indigestion to benefitting our detoxification system and alkalising the body, there’s more to this little fruit than what meets the eye.
CPRESS are proud to be the only stand alone juice store in London with products certified by the Soil association, UK’s largest certification body for organic products.
This means that CPRESS undergoes a strict audit process from their organic suppliers to the way in which their food is processed in their kitchens and the packaging used to transport their products. This assures the highest quality, integrity and nutritional status of products for their customers.
Prices start from as little as £6.50.
